Hi

I am 28 years old and have 2 children. I have gained lot of weight for last years.

10 years before my weight was only 48 kg.

And now it is 67.1 kg.

I lost weight in 2005, and I did 57 kg (from 64 kg ) in few months.

How is it with other MOM here... are you all in same situation?

I suggest that you visit one or two diaries and see what the people who are successful in their projects are doing.

Starting to exercise is a great move. 90% of all the people who are successful at maintaining their weight loss exercise for at least an hour a day. That really indicates to me that we need to get into the mindset where we consider that to be a normal level of activity.

Monitoring food is important too. A free account from will help with that.

does that count your calories and break down all the nutrients in your food. I am not familiar with it.

Or is it the way you refer to fitday?

set up your profile information and log all your food and your exercise there.

It will tell you whether you deserve to lose weight / gain weight / stay the same weight...

It will also tell you how much protein, fibre, fat, calcium, sodium and each vitamin is held in the food that you eat. You can then tell if you should eat differently for a healthy diet.
