Hi
Just joined up after looking at the forums for quite a while. I currently am 245pounds and have been steady at this weight for quite along time and at a little over 6'1" I do carry it quite well (so people tell me anyway) I obviously don't think so and that's why I am here.
I eat a fair bit of crappy foods and I am looking not to go on a diet but just to cut the majority of the fatty foods and snacks out and have a more balanced diet with more fruit and veg.
The main way I want to lose the weight is through exercise in the morning. I am starting a routine of trying to get out of bed about an hour earlier to do 30 mins on the exercise bike or running machine 5 days a week and then 20-30 mins on the weight bench to tone up my moobs and define my upper arms one day and work on my Gut the next. (the main problem with this is I am going to have to find somewhere else to hang my clothes to dry if I start using the exercise equipment I have had for over a year
).
One of the biggest problems I have though is motivation to actually do it. I can picture how I want my life in general to be and it is all based around me getting up in the morning and getting my body and mind firing on all cylinders. I just need a bit of help
to stop all of the
excuses I have.
Anyways....that's me
