Hi, I'm from Australia and New :P

Hey all, I came across this site when I was trying to find somewhere decent to get information etc with the new weightloss journey I've started.. and bingo here I am, been reading for a while and finally decided to join up.

At the moment, I do personal training and I do cardio 5 days a week, but need new exercises for my cardio workouts, cause I just refuse to sit on a bike or run on a treadmill for an hour, so any exercises you wanna throw my way, bring it :)

Burpees are great.

Or u can mix it up. Try 30 seconds of each of these with 30-90 seconds rest between circuits.
burpees
jumping jacks
split jumps
burpees
jumping jacks
mountain climbers

4 or 5 rounds of that will have your heart pumping.

Thanks for that! Yeah, I've been trying to avoid them, but I know I shouldn't :)

Be carefull at first cuz they are vicious. They seem rather easy while doing them but once you stop they hit u like a brick.
