Hey all, I came across this site when I was trying to find somewhere decent to get information etc with the new weightloss journey I've started.. and bingo here I am, been reading for a while and finally decided to join up.
At the moment, I do personal training and I do cardio 5 days a week, but need new exercises for my cardio workouts, cause I just refuse to sit on a bike or run on a treadmill for an hour, so any exercises you wanna throw my way, bring it
