50% carbs just seems unlikely for me. Could you give an example of some foods that would help me get more carbs? I don't really like food with carbs in them. And it isn't as easy as, "you have to eat it". If I eat foods I don't like I generally get sick, or can't even make it through a bite without getting sick.
I do appreciate the input though. I have been hovering closer to 2,000 for the past few days so I'll probably do that.
Some sources for carbs are bread, potatoes, rice and pasta. At 2,000 kcal you should still get some decent results. For how long have you been dieting?
