Alright, my name is Jayna and I have been struggling with my weight for a while now. I am 5"9' and recently weighed at 180 lbs. My goal is to be 140 lbs which is the rough, healthy weight for my height.
However, I am an emotional eater and I don't know how to get passed it. Not to mention I suffer from clinical depression and have recently been prescribed anti-depressants. That is a lot to take in for someone who is only 17.
At some point every month I begin exercising telling myself that, that will be the day I change my life but after a week I fall back into the same patterns. The story of many lives, no?
I am here in hope of finding support and encouragement from others and I am even looking for inspirational stories that can help get me motivated to change my lifestyle.
