Take a look around, read the stickies in the forums. There's a lot of great info there that will answer a lot of the questions that everybody has... and probably help inspire new questions.
Also it was recommended to me to start a journal in the diary section... I recommend it to you... good place to keep track of what you are doing, and for people to give advice, support, etc.
Have you looked at how you are going to lose weight? Or are you looking for a 'how do I get started?' type of thing?
