heya.. im 18 years old and i lost 25 kilos in one year time.. i lost all my fat mostly with just eating less and counting my calorries and im actually too skinny now i think.. but for instance my belly and chest.. still has a layer of fat over it.. and my shoulders are to narrow.. so on one hand i want to loose the fat on my belly and chest.. i did 1000 sit ups a day for 3 weeks and it did became.. harder.. my abs but still teh layer of fat! but than i wanna get larger schoulders and arms... so i cant go on a diet...
can somebody please tell me what i can do.. detailed please..! thanks!!!
