Ok i have lost 105 pounds recently now im 180 (i was 160)
and it was a lot of work for me and i dont wanna lose it
but ive been constantly eating to the point i wont stop, im so frustrated that i actually think i feel better by eating,
so i was wondering should i do mostly cardio workouts to lose the fat i have i have alot of body loose fat on me, especially on the hips they just stick out with like some sort of indents right under them its wierd looking..should i just go back on cardio to burn it all?
and when im back at 160-165 start lifting till i reach 180-200?
idk if thats a good idea? or should i start lifting now again and do cardio?
also i have horrible digestive problems (which i will be seeing a doctor soon)
