Ok i have lost 105 pounds recently now im 180 (i was 160)
and it was a lot of work for me and i dont wanna lose it

but ive been constantly eating to the point i wont stop, im so frustrated that i actually think i feel better by eating,

so i was wondering should i do mostly cardio workouts to lose the fat i have i have alot of body loose fat on me, especially on the hips they just stick out with like some sort of indents right under them its wierd looking..should i just go back on cardio to burn it all?

and when im back at 160-165 start lifting till i reach 180-200?

idk if thats a good idea? or should i start lifting now again and do cardio?

also i have horrible digestive problems (which i will be seeing a doctor soon)
bloaded stomach and constipation

Why wait to start lifting?

IF you are reading the stickied threads around the forum (and if you're not - DO IT) you'd have learned that when you eat at reduced calories, you lose muscle -by lifting now, you retain the muscle you have.

All cardio all the time is fine if your sole concern is the number on the scale, if you care about what you look l ike then you will add in weight training.

As for your digestive problems -good for seeing a doctor -but until that time comes -keep a very accurate food diary about exactly what you're eating and how you feel after you eat it.. It could very well be a food allergy (common culprits are wheat, gluten, dairy and soy - all of which can be adult onset)

weight training is the best for long term fat burn. Especially if you have lost so much weight, you definitely want to tighten up your muscles. Also its a good way to override a plateau.

You lost 105 and put back on 20 so it sounds like you doing the yo-yo, which can be disastrous for your body.

Why are you going for a 160 goal? Maybe you should weigh 180 and going lower will just stress your body adding to your motivational problem. You need to do some research as to what your average weight should be--you're doctor can advise you on this.

Exercise is a good way to keep your mind off of food and , if you don't overdo it, bring definite health benefits--the sooner you start the better it'll be for you.

Your constant hunger points to the possibility that you have lost too much weight and that your goal weight is unrealistic and potentially dangerous. Going to the doctor is an extremely good idea.

thnks for replys

well i have a few pics am i allowed to show you examples of what im stressing about?

Hey, just wanted to mention that eating isn't necesarily a bad thing. Your body burns burns calories digesting food, So if you eat the right foods like lean proteins (which are harder to digest so your body burns more calories digesting protein than it does digesting carbs) you'll actually speed up your metabolism. Plus eating lean proteins will help build muscle and for every half kilogram of muscle that you add you burn 50 more calories per day. Just wanted to share that.

Great for you for losing so much weight, weight loss is difficult, and it can be easy to gain it back. (It sure does suck)

Try to remember that you don't want to sabotage your work, if you want, you can take a look at my blog, there you can read some of the consequences are of being obese, which may give you the willpower to resist those binge urges.
