Hey, welcome the forum I'm new too. It really does have a lot of good information.

Congratulations on losing almost 30kg already, that's quite a lot. Don't drop the exercise yet, it's obviously working for you. Although you can cut down your exercise by a few diet changes if that's what you want to do.

Here are a few tips:
1) Don't drink sugary drinks (soda, fruit juice, etc) and have some green tea if you can, it helps. A little sugar is needed for the body, but we usually get our fill from what we eat.
2) Find out the BMI of your target weight and start to ease your way into eating the calorie range there. When you finally reach your weight, you won't have to change anything to maintain it.
3) Get some fiber in your system from fruit, whole grain food, cereal, etc. Try to get 25-35g of fiber, it helps keep your digestion regulated.
4) Count your calories for a while to get an idea of how much you usually eat.

Good luck and keep looking around. A lot of this forum has amazing weight loss facts.

Hey, i'm new too!

I find this forum really useful and has good information about balanced diet ect..

But i have 1 question.

Would being on Healthy Balanced Diet (HBD) help reduce my waist size by July?

I'm sorry to bother you.

I'm new too...but would like to chime in. And if I'm wrong, at least I'll appreciate the correction when it comes :)

I think a healthy balanced diet is necessary to achieve your goal properly.

But I think complimenting it with excercise that will target your area in question would be best.

You say you have gone to the gym....no sense stopping and focusing just on a HBD. Do both if you can.

Also, I think a HBD will be beneficial if you eat more frequently but in smaller portions. (Eating five smaller meals vs three large meals.)

Again, I'm just starting out myself so hopefully this gets bumped to be answered by the more knowledgeable on this forum.

Good luck on reaching your goal!
