Newbie here,
ok so here is the thing. Next week being the first of october ive loads of time to loose weight before crimbo or so i think. This year has been a bad one for me as i lost a very close family relative, and it has affected me more then it should have. I was 12 stone at the time, and with everything that has gone on i have gone up to 14 stone, due to eating and drinking more then i should have. I am in the right mentality now and i want to drop at least 2 stone before december.Its gonna be hard and difficult i no, but i want to get back to my old energetic self. Could some please recomend a good diet for me. Thanks in advance
