Actually had some free time this evening (gasp) and came across this website and felt inclined to join (very friendly bunch you all are!).

I am here however for different reasons. I am a prof. fitness coach & nutritionist with over a decade of experience here to help any ladies (and gents) with questions they may have. I look forward to becoming a part of this community :beerchug:

Hi core_elements! I agree with jewell, i too would love any help i can get from you if you wouldnt mind. It's so great that you joined here and are offering your knowledge for everyone who needs help. Thanks so much! My journal contains my eating habits and exercise habits so maybe you could take a peek at that and give me suggestions for improvement, etc...THANKS!! :)

hey.. thanks for those ideas i do own a blender but its hard to know what exaclty to put into it. i usually put a slim fast and some vanilla ice cream but i feel like that's so fattening and it doesn't even fill me up! i know how awful rice is but it fills me up when i'm hungry. it's really frustrating that i cant have a big salad with salmon for dinner u know?

Thats so nice of you to join this site just to help others! Thanks a bunch
