Hi everyone!

Hey MotoMom. I'm Justin and from the Houston area. I wish you the best in your journey whatever it may be. Tell us a little about yourself and surely someone has some advice they can impart on you. (It's harder to motivate when we don't know what we are motivating for. ) =P

I'm Linda and I would tell ya that I'm from the Bristol area but unless you're a big fan of nascar racing you probably haven't heard of it. So I'm from Tennessee. I would love to find someone in this area to workout if anyone happens to from around here, lol! I really want to take a water aerobics class but the only one I can go to is at 6:00 in the morning, anyone have any ideas on how to force yourself to get out of bed early enough to make it to this class?

I know where you're from... and I truly believe that Nascar is for dummies. I live in Clemson, otherwise I'd love to workout with you. I usually start my workouts around 5:30 am.

If you can make it out of bed for 2 weeks, it will become habit. It was hell for the first month for me, but now its easy as pie... sweet, delicious, creamy pie... wait... snap out of it Matt!

What were we talking about?

I live so close to the race track that I can stand on my front porch and hear the race. I can't stand racing, I have tried on numerous occasions to and get into it but I just can't seem to do it.

I dated a girl who lived in Bristol, Tn years and years back...

I'm so proud of myself, I actually got up at 5:30 and went to water aerobics this morning. I'm going to try and go to pilates tonight and possibly super sculpt tomorrow morning at 6:00. As of this morning I had lost another pound. Which makes it 16 down and 128 to go before I can join the Navy.

Yay for Navy!!
That is hopefully my end goal too!

I can't wait, I really have to work on my running more then anything. Does anyone know exactly what the physical requirements are for enlisting in the Navy?

Unfortunately I didn't lose anything this morning but I'm not giving up hope. I know weighing every morning isn't good but I think it's OCD I have to weigh every morning.

mmm i weigh every morning as well...
ive started to control myself... i used to weigh
numerous times a day... i think it keeps me
focused... week to week is just too long...
lol

I usually only weigh first thing when I wake up because we have those scales that track your progress and I don't want to weigh after I've eaten and it show a gain.
