I know where you're from... and I truly believe that Nascar is for dummies. I live in Clemson, otherwise I'd love to workout with you. I usually start my workouts around 5:30 am.I'm Linda and I would tell ya that I'm from the Bristol area but unless you're a big fan of nascar racing you probably haven't heard of it. So I'm from Tennessee. I would love to find someone in this area to workout if anyone happens to from around here, lol! I really want to take a water aerobics class but the only one I can go to is at 6:00 in the morning, anyone have any ideas on how to force yourself to get out of bed early enough to make it to this class?
fix't and QFTIf you can make it out of bed for 2 weeks, it will become habit. It was hell for the first month for me, but now its easy as cake.

I live so close to the race track that I can stand on my front porch and hear the race. I can't stand racing, I have tried on numerous occasions to and get into it but I just can't seem to do it.
I'm so proud of myself, I actually got up at 5:30 and went to water aerobics this morning. I'm going to try and go to pilates tonight and possibly super sculpt tomorrow morning at 6:00. As of this morning I had lost another pound. Which makes it 16 down and 128 to go before I can join the Navy.
