Hello everyone! My name is Lily and I am 27 years old and I have two children. I started my weight loss journey a week ago. My starting weight was 243 pounds and I am at 238 right now. I have been overweight for all of my adult life and most of my teen years. I fortunately don't have any health problems as of now but I don't want to wait to get that wake up call. I have a lot of history of Diabetes and high Blood Pressure so I want to avoid all those complications. I have tried many times to lose weight without any real success. I am really determined to lose about 100 pounds and I really need all the help I can get. I have cut down on all carbs and eating as healthy as possible. I'm not doing any exercise as of yet because I think I need to take baby steps. If anyone needs any support you can count on me! Good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey.
