I hope you can help keep me motivated as I need to lose 3 stone. I am a junk food addict so will find this really hard. I have lost weight before but gave up smoking and put it on again.

All you need to do is jump and jump on a rebounder or a mini trampoline. Rebounding is a great way to lose extra fats. Not only that it helps improve your lymphatic system. Another thing is it is fun compared to workouts. Even my 3 year old son did it a lot. Rebounding was kinda a source of bonding for us family. Not only we enjoyed it, We benefit from it.
