I hope you can help keep me motivated as I need to lose 3 stone. I am a junk food addict so will find this really hard. I have lost weight before but gave up smoking and put it on again.
 
stickies are a good starting point here, also consider, you lost weight before successfully, how did you do it and can you simply do that again?

Hello Mrs pepperpot, just like you I am also a newbie here. Regarding your post, I personally suggest you to try rebounding. . Sounds new? Well, let me explain. Rebounding is simply playing. All you need to do is jump and jump on a rebounder or a mini trampoline. Rebounding is a great way to lose extra fats. Not only that it helps improve your lymphatic system. Another thing is it is fun compared to workouts. Even my 3 year old son did it a lot. Rebounding was kinda a source of bonding for us family. Not only we enjoyed it, We benefit from it. Try it yourself too. And ohh, regarding rebounders, I am using stuff like this (Link removed) Hope this helps you. . :waving:
