I am new at this site, come to think of it I have never used a site like this before, but let's face it...I need help. I am 54 and weigh around 330 pounds. I have a history of cardiac arrest and continue to have high blood pressure. Bottom line is I need to lose weight, eat health and get some exercise. I have head knowledge, but am the ultimate queen of excuses. I need somewhere to work through some of the issues of poor eating habits and cheerleaders to help me move my backside. Bottom line is...either lose the weight or die. Today...I choose life.
