Hi everyone, I'm brand new to this site! My boyfriend and I have just dedicated ourselves to going on a healthy diet and exercise. Right now at 22 I weigh a whopping 226.4. My goal is to lose about 160 pounds. So far I'm proud of myself for eating better and actually sticking to the exercise (it's only been 3 days, but still!). I think what I'm most worried about is eating out of boredom. That's always been my biggest problem because my boyfriend works odd hours so I'm home alone late at night and want to just sit and eat because I'm so bored!
