Hi everyone, I'm brand new to this site! My boyfriend and I have just dedicated ourselves to going on a healthy diet and exercise. Right now at 22 I weigh a whopping 226.4. My goal is to lose about 160 pounds. So far I'm proud of myself for eating better and actually sticking to the exercise (it's only been 3 days, but still!). I think what I'm most worried about is eating out of boredom. That's always been my biggest problem because my boyfriend works odd hours so I'm home alone late at night and want to just sit and eat because I'm so bored!

I want to point out something in your post that doesn't make sense... you say you weigh 226.4 and you want to lose 160 pounds...???? that would put you at 66.4 pounds! One of those numbers has got to be a typo...I hope!

Whew! Thanks for clearing that up...did not want anyone to think you are anorexic!
Please take some time to read the stickies, if you haven't already...they do answer lots of questions and have lots of helpful advice in them...

COngrats on your start and keep checking in for moral support!
