Hi.
My name is Dave and I'm a personal trainer and diet advisor. My core background was in bodybuilding but, as I became more rounded (in the training sense.....not stomach!) I became more and more interested in general fitness, core stability and healthy eating. Hey, I do not profess to be a guru but, over the past 15 years, it's fair to say I've gained a fair bit of knowledge. Just to quantify things, most, in fact nearly ALL, my clients are interested in losing weight, toning, getting fit(ter) and leading healthier lifestyles. Please feel free to ask my advice on any of the above and I will try endeavour to answer you. I really do not have a lot of spare time so my visits here may be rather infrequent but I will try to make time to get on here at least 3-4 times a week. Equally, please feel free to PM me anytime.
In the meantime....stay focused, remember your motivation and, above all, ENJOY what you do!
