Hello,
Just thought I'd drop by here first to introduce myself.
I've always been quite large for a girl (5 ft 8) and at my heaviest was touching on 17 stone. I've had a lot of peope say that 17 stone isn't that heavy, but it always made me feel out of place with my friends at the time.
Over the space of about 7 years I got my weight down to 11 stone and was really happy with myself and felt like a different person, however now I'm fast approaching my 30's and the weight has started to creep back on - 13 stone now.
I haven't changed my eating habbits, haven't changed my exercise regime, but it's still creeping on pound by pound and I refuse to go back to how I was because that will mean all my hard work and effort meant nothing.
Any advice from felllow members would be greatly appreciated, I know I am not a candidate for surgery, but any advise would be welcome.
