Hey, my name is Vicky, and I currently weigh in at around 18 and half to 19 stone - I know, gross right?
What's even more gross is my age. I'm only 15, and I've let myself get so big, however I'm not short - I'm 5"10-11, so at least that makes it up a bit.
However, I'm getting to an age where really, I need to be happy if I want to have the best life as possible. And I'm not happy being big.
I have Asperger's (only mildly though) but that's enough to make me depressed (of which I've been for a long time, and it's made me eat because of my emotions) and it made me leave school at the beginning of Year 9.
Next year, I'm hoping to start 6th Form college, and I want to lose a couple of dress sizes in the next few (5
) months and carry on until my desired weight.
I'm planning on joining a women's gym after my 16th birthday (so, 2 and a half months) and I want to try and start taking hoodia tablets (anyone had any success with them?).
I've had some success in recent weeks, but I've started slipping back because of exam stress.
I want to lose weight as successfully and as quickly as I can.
So...that's it.
