Hey there!

Heya guys! I don't practice any sports and the most exercise I do is walking the dog and going to and fro from School, and I think it's bloody time I changed that. I'm a 17 year old male, 1.6 metres/5.24 feet tall, and I weigh around 58.5 kg/128.7 pounds. Both these measurements were taken in the evening so in the morning I'd weigh a tad less and gain a cm or two. Anyways, I was wondering what exercise routine I should follow so I can gain some muscle mass, and maybe some weight but I think it's OK at the moment, but you guys are the experts on that :p.

I know it's a long term goal, but I'd love to get flat abs and a nice upper body, aka arms and back 8). I have a great park available to me and, erm, my Wii fit :). I don't have time for a gym since I'm in my senior year. Thanks for the help guys, and if you need any more info I'll be sure to add it!

p.s I have a VERY fast metabolism, eat very healthy and drink only water.

p.p.s Apart from having absolutely no time for it, there is no such thing as sports teams in our High Schools. Yes, Spanish high schools suck that much, especially private ones. I used to kayack twice per week back in Brussels but there's no canal here :(.
