hello I am mseerob and I just started working out. How is everyone. I've been called skinny for a long time and Im tired of being called skinny. I just want a new change of myself. I basically want to develop bulk. I was told that you should eat lots of protein and carbs. I workout in my home basement. I work on my arms every other day and same with my legs. I would like to know does anyone have any advice on the starting of the workout. I workout for 45-1hr.

Drink muscle milk..tastes good, filled with good stuff...doesnt give tummy aches...squat, deadlift, and bench heavy...get ready to grow.
 
skinny guys should not worry about training their arms. train your body as a whole, dont train bodyparts.
 
Abear is spot on. Work your body.

Bulking is great fun. You get to do all the best weight training, Not bother with cardio and eat all the crap you can fit in your mouth.
