Hey there, A newcomer to this site:)

Well, let me see, shall I start off by saying my name? I suppose so. It's Anya. Pleasure to meet you! Er, or rather, have you read my post? Haha. I've been browsing through this site on and off for a few weeks now, and just today decided I would jump right in and see if I can gain the motivation and support I seem to lack these days. I am, however, very excited, :). I'm 5'6, my body is naturally curvy, so I do not exactly look TOO horrible. But bad enough that I feel uncomfortable with showing myself in public lately. A little less then a week ago I weighed 192. As of today I managed to lose four pounds. My goal? To weigh 140. Obviously this will take months to happen, but during the process I am eager to learn the more healthier style of eating, as well as a few fun and interesting methods towards working out. Wish me luck! :D
 
Welcome to the site. I am also new to the site but not new to losing weight. There is alot of great info on here that I didn't know before I came here. Read the stickys at the top of the sub forums.
 
Hi Anya. Beauiful name.

Like you, I didn't feel I looked too bad for my weight..but I'm tall not curvey.
