I've been browsing through this site on and off for a few weeks now, and just today decided I would jump right in and see if I can gain the motivation and support I seem to lack these days. . I'm 5'6, my body is naturally curvy, so I do not exactly look TOO horrible. But bad enough that I feel uncomfortable with showing myself in public lately. A little less then a week ago I weighed 192. As of today I managed to lose four pounds. My goal? To weigh 140. Obviously this will take months to happen, but during the process I am eager to learn the more healthier style of eating, as well as a few fun and interesting methods towards working out.
