hey im female, 20 from uk. for the past few months been trying to lose the 2 stone i gained over the last 2 years. so far through slimming world i lost a stone but have started to lose motivation. i have joined the gym but having trouble knowing whats best for the quickest results?? and also needing abit of help with healthy eating advice?? and do's and dont's cause i seem to be sturggling at it alone! any advice be welcome thank you
