Hey guys, so a little about myself.
I'm 19 years old, in college, 140 pounds, 5'2".
I've been slowly gaining weight since my senior year of high school. I have probably gained 20 pounds in the last few years. I've been pretty lazy and have a hard time motivating myself to go to the gym or exercise. I know I can lose weight I just need some push to do it, so hopefully this website will encourage me to get up and get moving!

I ran track for 2 years in high school and it was really intense, so I know I can push myself. So I'm looking to get back into shape, mostly endurance training is what I am interested in as well as ab workouts. I need to do some fun workouts to keep myself interested, does anyone have anything they do that has worked well? I enjoy dancing a lot so I was thinking about trying something like bellydancing and also some yoga/pilates. Anyways hope to get to know some of you better and good luck to everyone!

Hi and welcome.

I think priority number one for you needs to be connecting with your goals on a much deeper level. Fun workouts will only take you so far and relying on others for your primary source of motivation can really backfire.

I might suggest taking a look at .
