Hey everyone my name is Sam and I just joined these forums. I'm 21 years old and I am having trouble staying motivated to reach my goal of weighing in the 190lbs. range. I'm 6'2 and I currently weigh 229lbs. I had got down to 225lbs but these past 2 weeks I haven't been working out like I should.
I not only want to lose this weight to be healthy but I also suffer from social anxiety disorder and being over weight makes my anxiety attacks 100x's worse and harder to control.
My hope is that by joining this community i'll be able to find the support and motivation I need to achieve my goals.
