hey i got a question

I've been gone since a while cuase my computer was broke. Since then i stop weightlifting because i got scard i was gonna stop growing now all i do is push -ups, pull-ups and all cal workouts to stay in shape. But now for the actual question what does it mean to stunt your growth? please help and sorry if i miss spelled anyting robert out.
 
stunted growth is when you force your growth plates together by force such as weight lifting... smoking also causes your growth plates to not fully grow bc the body is being affected by the nicotine... What you are doing now is fine... heavy weight lifting will prevent you from growing somewhat...
