to this site but not new to working out. I thought I'd join here to find more support and information. It's always easier for me to do something in a group, so here I am.
Hello to you all.
I have a few goals in mind which requires me to drop some extra baggage. I'm currently trying to slim down for a Physical Abilities test which calls for me to run 1.5 miles in under 12 mins and an assortment of other fun stuff.
I'm 6' 2 and I weigh just over 300 lbs. I've been in and out of the gym for the past year and a half, building up muscle but I can't seem to drop the weight. Now I've cut back on weightlifting and focusing more cardio (HIIT, ugh...) and also I think I need to work on a diet I can actually stick with. Well, all that brings me here. I hope I can find some support and give support in all of this.
