So I've never been on a blogging site or weight loss forum but I thought it couldn't hurt! I'm 5'8" 156 lbs. I do alot of weight training and cardio almost everyday. I recently lost 14 lbs and want to get down to 140. I don't think I'm overweight right now and am actually proud of how I look. However, I'm having so much trouble with loosing these last 10-15 lbs. I'm working out like crazy and just reduced my calories to 1000-1200 per day. Finally I'm bot hungary anymore! I write down everything I eat and once a week cheat a little bit. I'm basically on here to get new ideas and just get all my feeling out instead of boring my husband and family. I also LOVE to give advice and consider myself pretty knowledgable on different workouts and eating habits. Keep it up everyone and stay positive!
