So I've never been on a blogging site or weight loss forum but I thought it couldn't hurt! I'm 5'8" 156 lbs. I do alot of weight training and cardio almost everyday. I recently lost 14 lbs and want to get down to 140. I don't think I'm overweight right now and am actually proud of how I look. However, I'm having so much trouble with loosing these last 10-15 lbs. I'm working out like crazy and just reduced my calories to 1000-1200 per day. Finally I'm bot hungary anymore! I write down everything I eat and once a week cheat a little bit. I'm basically on here to get new ideas and just get all my feeling out instead of boring my husband and family. I also LOVE to give advice and consider myself pretty knowledgable on different workouts and eating habits. Keep it up everyone and stay positive!
 
Hi, Rene! Welcome to the forum! Feel free to check out the stickies - they are very helpful. Also be sure and check out the diary section - if you start a weight loss journal in the diary section it can be a great motivation.

It sounds like your diet practices are pretty good (perhaps a tad low on the calories if you eat only 1000 cals a day). I suggest getting some good cardio in and some weight lifting. Build up some more muscle and that will help burn the cals (as muscle cells burn twice the calories as fat cells).
