Hi, My name is Josh. I am 16, I am 5'11'' and weigh over 350 pounds.
I am determined to change my entire life style and lose weight.
My biggest problem is, I dont know what to do. I cant really go to a gym or anything like that and as for eating healthy, my family eats very unhealthy so it is hard to eat healthy but I could eat something different when they eat unhealthy stuff.
I am trying to lose as much weight as possible in as little amount of time. The reason is, in the next few weeks, I am seeing this girl I havent seen in a really long time and I want to be in a bit of better shape incase things get frilly
Anyway, does anyone on here think maybe they could help me develope some type of daily routine to help me lose weight. I am going to completely cut out the bad food in my life and start eatting healthy. Can someone maybe link me to some healthy recipes? Thank you so much
