Hi, My name is Josh. I am 16, I am 5'11'' and weigh over 350 pounds.

I am determined to change my entire life style and lose weight.

My biggest problem is, I dont know what to do. I cant really go to a gym or anything like that and as for eating healthy, my family eats very unhealthy so it is hard to eat healthy but I could eat something different when they eat unhealthy stuff.

I am trying to lose as much weight as possible in as little amount of time. The reason is, in the next few weeks, I am seeing this girl I havent seen in a really long time and I want to be in a bit of better shape incase things get frilly :party:

Anyway, does anyone on here think maybe they could help me develope some type of daily routine to help me lose weight. I am going to completely cut out the bad food in my life and start eatting healthy. Can someone maybe link me to some healthy recipes? Thank you so much​
 
Ok so I planned a days worth of meals along with just walking throughout the day. Here is what I came up with? This is just for one day but am I on the right track?

Breakfast - 3 Egg Whites, 1 Toast, Banana
Lunch - Chicken Breast, Fresh Green Beans
Dinner - Talapia, Potato, Carrots

I would snack on various raw veggies and fruits (which I love actually) throughout the day aswell..

welcome to the forum...i'd suggest reading the stickies on the nutritional info section and also the exercise section so that you can know how to begin with both. i'd also recommend trying to make weightloss a lifestyle change as opposed to just trying to reduce in a few weeks because usually that doesn't end up working too well....i'd suggest reading some diaries to see what people are eating and what progress they've made...wishing you all the best xoxo

PS: i bought my scale when i weighed 350 (so actually weighed higher before) and i'm now at 321 so i kinda know what your going through...it's a long journey but we're all here for support.
