hey guys

Was hoping you guys could give me the most beneficial types of workouts that i will be able to do while at home. Im workout illiterit so plz keep it simple like for example i dont know wtf dumbell flies are or like dead lifts or like the terms most of yall use like im a noob and i will only hurt myself if i try and think of what the hell a deadlift is.. ill prolly try to do something crazy lol so plz

those are what im looking for. Like if someone could give me the best one that relases the most testostrone. i heard that squats,deadlifts and something else do.. or somethin. so plz plz elaborate u guys are the pro's :D

There's a better site than this one but I can't find the link or remember which universities strength team hosts it, but anyway...this one works just fine enough for your purposes.

I think mostly what you need to concentrate is on the good ol' fashioned compound stuff and not worry about your biceps and triceps and calves at the moment. If you neglect your lower body, girls will point, stare, and laugh at you. ;)
