Ive been posting alot about routine advice. Its just that Ive hit a wall in my training. Ive been lifting for about 3 years now, using full bodys 3 days a week mainly. Im trying a MTRF push/pull routine now but im struggling through it. Im considering doin a 5 day routine or a monday-chest/tris W-back/bis F-shoulder legs. I just dont know whats best for me and looking for some help getting over this wall. Any links or routines you guys can reccomend? Or something that has worked for you guys? THanks
