Ok so I really let myself go after a couple of major things happened in my life, but now I want to get back up and into shape again! So I joined the gym earlier this week and it was great, I've got a program set up and everything, I have begun watching what I eat aswell since I dont want to pig out anymore.
So yeh.... my first day at the gym was great and I loved it, the next day I woke up and my left arm was killing, and its hurting today too, so its been two days since I went to the gym although I have made it a priority to get myself to gym tomorow and then go by taking a break day sort of thing... So do you guys have any tips on how I can recover more quickly, its just my left arm since I am right handing its quite weak, I dont want it to become a excuse and I am hoping it will catch up to my right arm soon so I can progress.
