Steve I couldn't agree more. A lot of people that are at the same weight as me have a different build type then myself. Getting down to 202 lbs I thought was extreme when I first started but as the weight dwindles down I'm coming to the reality that I'll have a much flatter stomach then I thought I could ever have. I'm almost worried if I build to much muscle I wont meet the weight req. but I'm sure I can.
Gator, as far as my diet goes, it's different but It's been working so why stop now right. For weekdays:
Morning: Bowl of cereal, quaker scquares, life, just adverage cereal with some extra fiber.
Mid-day, and lunch: At work I have a morning break at 9:30 and thats when I eat my main lunch, banana and some chicken with green beans. I couldn't tell you my exact portions, I get enough to almost fill me up. At around noon I have 1-2 oranges.
After work (2:30) I head strait to the gym, and do the elyptical machine for an hour. I keep a steady pace (100 SPM if that means anything to you) and midrange difficulty. (its 1-20 and I stay around 10-14) I'm guessing all machines are different. For dinner, chicken again. Can't get enough protein. I have found myself eating subway everyother day. I've been getting footlongs on days I work out, and 6 inches on days I don't. I get Roated Chicken Breast on wheat, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, and italian dressing. Just my personal choice.
I hope that I didn't go to indepth, If you want more info I can get some, there are more habbits I have but unfortunatly I have to get back to work. I'll be on around noon EST to check this thread. Ask any questions I'd be more than glad to share anything with you guys, I'm sure you would all do the same.
