Hey Everyone!
Im new to this forum!
I just joined because i am starting the cohens diet!
I get my program tomorrow and will start the next day! YAY
Im soooo excited to start my program im just happy to start it and loose wieght! As soon as i get my program i am going food shopping to buy all the stuff! :hurray:

Also, I was wanting some advice, I was thinking that I would wiegh myself each week but after reading some of the posts on here im not sure if i should wiegh myself every week or only monthly?? Please help im not sure which to do, or maybe even fortnightly?

Welcome to the forum. We have a whole section about the Cohen diet so feel free to check that out.

As far as weighing, well that is your call. Most see weekly as an easier way to see the weight drop and that it can keep you modivated.
