Im new to this forum!
I just joined because i am starting the cohens diet!
I get my program tomorrow and will start the next day! YAY
Im soooo excited to start my program im just happy to start it and loose wieght! As soon as i get my program i am going food shopping to buy all the stuff!
Also, I was wanting some advice, I was thinking that I would wiegh myself each week but after reading some of the posts on here im not sure if i should wiegh myself every week or only monthly?? Please help im not sure which to do, or maybe even fortnightly?
