well, cor stomach - try sit ups and crunches.

For legs, how about climbing stairs? Or lunges while holding something heavy (doesn't have to be weights - get a gallon of water).
 
Squats and lunges..... no machines no weights stair climbing would be excellent....Squats into chairs, lunges across the room just examples

I found another great resource for training without weights, it's a book called "Pushing Yourself to Power." It just came yesterday, so I haven't started the exercises yet, but I sat down and read the whole thing. There's information on nutrition and warm-up exercises as well as 9 or 10 different exercises for each muscle group. I don't know if it's in any book stores yet
