Hi, Im Nicole. Ive never really struggled with my weight until now. During my teen years I was a pretty average weight. I got pregnant with my son when I was 18 and after I had him I bounced back better then ever weighing about 126 a few months after he was born. Then 2 years later I got pregnant again...got all the way up to 194lbs before I had her. Then after she was born I just could NOT lose it like before. Its now almost 2 years later and I weigh 173 lbs.
I just recently (2 weeks ago) decided not to drink cokes or any soda what so ever anymore. Completely changed my diet. I do 30-60 min of cardio on my bike everyday plus 2 sessions of the 8 min AB workout. So far ive lost 7lbs in 2 weeks. Im so worried that i will get discouraged and give up....My goal weight is 130-135lbs. Im tired of my husband not looking at me like he used to. And I just want to be healthier all around. Please feel free to give any advice. I took a pic for my "before" shot. But im terrified to post it...I look pretty yuck :(
