Just thought I would try this out, I have been trying to lose weight since the end of Aug/06. Been going to the gym btwn 3 to 5 days a week, two hours at a time. I finding that I am enjoying it alot more that I have ever before. The only thing that I am finding frustrating is that I have not lost any weight on the scale. I know that I have built up muscle tone, but to not see the scale moving in the direction that I want (which of course is down), I seem to sometimes feel like I am never going to get to my goal weight.
SW - 220 lbs
GW - 165 lbs
CW - 220 lbs
I have been trying to follow the Easy Zone program but I am finding that sometimes eating as much as they want you to, to be too much, and I find being a mom on the run sometimes hard to eat at the right times. I know if I want this to work, I have to try to fit it in, but I find it difficult at times. I am trying my hardest to watch what I eat, I only buy good healthy foods, but I do not think that I am eating well enough for my body to lose those excess pounds.
Well I think that I have let you know where I stand.
