Here is before!! New here, and very motivated.

Hey all,
I've been watching this forum for a while and have decided to join in and finally for the first time in my life perhaps reach my fitness goal.
I'm 27 years old female, 5"4' tall, and currently weigh 125lbs. I used to weigh 135lbs several years ago, but have been allways active and working out for years. The thing is i have plateued, i just cannot go further from 125lbs , and mainly due to my at times inproper nutrition (sweets and carbs my weakness) and i'm also an emotional eater...and stress is a big cause of overeating for me.
9 days ago i woke up and decided to take charge. I have cut out all refined carbs and sugars, and increased my protein intake. Continue to work out, or atleast walk lots every day. I mainly eatl 1500-1900calories in a day now and don't feel hungry, and my caloric output is at about 2200cal a day now...aproximetely. I feel slimmer (slightly) and clothes fit better, but on the scale i'm still 125lbs. I'm very muscular though...my goal is to burn fat, but i hate cardio...i do maybe half hour cardio at the gym each time.
I lift weights for 30-40min...biceps 12-15lbs, i think i'm pretty strong for a small girl. Check out my pictures. My goal is 115lbs, lean and fit, not skinny. My tummy is my biggest weakness, it's NEVER been flat and tight...Even though you see muscles on my abs developing, theres the layer of fat on it...hate it! also cellulite on back tigs is bugging me..
I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, especially now since i've changed my nutrition. I will post inbetween and after pictures...if i stay this determined i should reach my goal in a month or two. Thanks for support!!!

I am just going to go out on a limb here and say you already look amazing! (and I am sure the boys will back me up on this :D )

You seem like you have a nice clean diet and a good weights routine...but if you are serious about shedding another 5-10 pounds you are gonna have to up the cardio!

You look great Lana. I hate cardio too, why don't you try circuit training with your weights instead of the treadmill etc. I had a lot of success with Home Grown Muscle. Phase 1 dropped a little over 3% bf for me within the 8 week set up. Its a great routine and it really tightens up the bod. I added a little extra core work and changed up two of the exercises in the quads but it did amazing changes. If you want more info or anything on it shot me a pm. I'll be around until sunday night then I going on vacation for a week. Just le me know.
 
yeppers, I did the advanced routine with the killer quads :D
It's awesome, I can't tell you how well the beginner's works as I skipped it. Having said that I lift heavy and with a good volume, as some of the older members can vouche for as I have taken down my w/o log and pic's for a while. HGM is an awesome routine and I think it will get Lana where she wants to be.
 
Thanks guys for the support. Like i said, this is me after allready loosing 10 pounds and 4.5 % of body fat, (well since 6 years ago). But i've been very motivated and very healthy this time, just gotta find more time to work out. I'm progressing much better thanks to this program which helps me take control of my nutrition and calories. Someone here posted that site, and i just LOVE IT.
