So im gonna start my diary tomorrow, putting in what i eat and what activities i get through tomorrow as i really really wanna lose weight. im just under 12 stone now and im 5ft 4 so i wanna at least get down to 10 stone but my ideal weight would be about 9 and a half stone . im hoping that reading over what i eat everyday will help realise what i should be doing to help me lose the weight. i usually skip breakfast about 4 times a week and then binge eat when i really get hungry and i know this is all wrong so from tomorrow im gonna try and turn over a new leaf. wish me luck
