here i go.

Jan 1, 2006 i weighed 270 lbs, and lost about sixty to get down to 210. Mostly cardio and some strength training as well. Ive gained about 20 of it back and its making me sick lol. So here i go. 6' 2" 229 lbs. Goal is around 190. I know im not built to be thin, i just wanna cut. ill post pic updates every 1st of month or so.

Yeah your not built to be thin, good luck on the cutting anyway. You should consider bulking after you have lost some weight. You would look mean! Unless you just wanna loose weight. Either is kool. Anyways gd luck
 
First off, kudos on the original weight loss. I agree with the above statement. Once you lose the weight u want to lose, you should bulk up a little. Keep up the hard work! GL!
 
Good job! But keep at it! Don't worry about the 20 pounds - just focus on getting into great shape - don't worry about how long it will take you. Just eat healthier, and keep going to the gym.
