I am just finishing up week 5 of my new life style. I have lost 17lbs in the first 4 weeks, I weighed in at 224lbs, last weigh in was on 3-11-06 was 206
I have 71lbs to go. I am taking phentremine and xenical and I am also seeing a hypnotist weekly!!!! Plus I exercise 5 times a week. 3 of those days I do an hour of cardio, the other 2 I do just 35 minutes but all 5 days I do 30 minutes of strength training, alternating on upper and lower body. I have forced myself to eat breakfast which is usually in liquid form such as a yogurt smoothie w/additional whey protein and fresh fruit, when I have time I eat a bowl of bran flakes w/skim milk. My water intake is outrageous, I drink close to 3 liters a day. Lunch is usually high protein low carb and dinner I keep it simple what ever I cook for my family but half the portion and if I had too many carbs earlier in the day I substitute the carbs with a fresh salad instead. My next weigh in is on 3-25-06 I hope to break the 200lb mark, it's a goal but if not I know this takes time.
